Why We Built It
Agricultural inputs and equipment involve technical specifications, applications and commercial details. Zelenberg was built to organize these products around the specific categories and information agricultural buyers need.
A structured RFQ allows buyers to communicate their product, quantity, packaging, destination and commercial requirements clearly, helping them receive more relevant responses.
Complete and structured RFQs help manufacturers understand what the buyer needs, respond more efficiently and focus on serious business opportunities.
When an order moves forward, buyers may need local coordination or assistance with specific stages of their purchase in China. Zelenberg makes optional services available when that assistance is needed.
We built Zelenberg to make agricultural trade more focused, more organized and easier for both buyers and manufacturers to move forward.
Zelenberg brings specialized product listings, structured RFQs and optional services together in one marketplace. Buyers choose the products and manufacturers themselves. When a purchase moves forward and assistance is needed in China, they can request the appropriate Zelenberg service for that particular stage.
Every manufacturer listed on Zelenberg has been visited by our team on a recorded date. Each listing includes information and photographs collected during the visit, giving buyers additional context when reviewing the manufacturer and its products.
Buyers can select individual services whenever needed—from an additional Factory Visit or Sampling & Delivery to a Production Report, Laboratory Testing, Pre-Shipment Report or Container Loading Report.
RFQs, quotation responses, service requests, invoices and reports remain organized in the buyer’s account, making it easier to follow each request and access the relevant information as the purchase progresses.

How It Works
Exploring products, submitting RFQs and receiving quotation responses are free. Buyers control each step, while RFQ routing and offer organization are handled automatically by the Zelenberg platform.

Review agricultural inputs and equipment from manufacturers listed on Zelenberg. Select a specific product or define a broader purchasing requirement.
Submit a Direct RFQ from a selected product listing, or use an Open RFQ when you want to receive offers for a broader requirement.
Manufacturers have up to 24 hours to respond. A Direct RFQ returns the selected manufacturer’s response. For an Open RFQ, the platform automatically routes the request to relevant listed manufacturers and presents three to five best-matched offers in one consolidated comparison.
OPTIONAL SERVICES · STAGES 4–8
Select a service for a specific stage of your purchase involving a manufacturer listed on Zelenberg.
Provide the factory, product, preferred date and any specific instructions or requirements related to the service.
Zelenberg coordinates the request with the factory and confirms the scope, timing and applicable costs. The invoice is issued before the service begins.
After payment, a Zelenberg team member completes the agreed service on the confirmed date and records the requested information.
The report and any available photographs, videos, tracking details or laboratory documents are uploaded to your dashboard and delivered through your selected communication channels.
Our work takes place in China. Import clearance, duties, product registration and delivery inside your country stay with you or your customs broker.

AgroAgent
AgroAgent is for buyers who want Zelenberg to coordinate the agreed stages of an active order in China. Before work begins, we review the order and provide a defined scope, timeline and known costs.
Once the scope is confirmed and the invoice is paid, our team coordinates the included stages—from contract and payment follow-up to OEM packaging, production schedules, sampling, laboratory testing, shipment arrangements, loading and final documents.
The buyer continues to make the product, manufacturer and commercial decisions. Zelenberg does not receive commissions from manufacturers.
Choose a product listed on Zelenberg and submit a Direct RFQ to its manufacturer. If you have not selected a specific product or manufacturer, submit an Open RFQ and describe what you need.
The platform automatically routes your request to relevant listed manufacturers and presents three to five best-matched quotation responses in one consolidated comparison.
Both RFQ options are free. If your purchase moves forward and you need assistance with a specific stage in China, Zelenberg’s optional services remain available.
