We confirm access, the scope of your request, and a date with the factory. The factory knows we are coming.

We send the invoice once the details are agreed. Please pay at least 48 hours before the visit.

We make the factory visit and send a dated PDF with photos and video, usually the same day or the next.

What the visit is
Is this a factory audit or a quality audit?
No. On a Factory Visit, we report what we observe on the points you asked about. A factory audit or a quality audit measures a factory against a set standard. We do not score or rate the factory, and the report is not a certification or an approval.
How is this different from the visit record on the profile?
The profile shows our earlier visit to the factory. Before a factory is listed, we also confirm its registration documents, such as the Chinese business license. This service is a new visit, focused on the details you ask about.
Does the factory know you are coming?
Yes. We agree the scope and date with the factory before the visit. Without an agreed visit, a visitor does not reach the production floor.
What if an area cannot be accessed during the visit?
We note it in the report. The report keeps what we saw apart from what we could not see.
Can I ask you to look at something specific?
Yes. Tell us what matters to your order when you request the Factory Visit. Your points become the checklist for the visit. We confirm what we can cover before we send the invoice.
Booking and payment
What does a Factory Visit cost?
USD 299 for a visit focused on the agreed points. We do not add travel charges for this service.
How long does it take?
We reply to your request within 24 hours. After payment, we make the factory visit and send the report within 72 hours, unless you chose a later visit date.
Can you visit a factory that is not on Zelenberg?
No. Factory Visit is only for factories listed on Zelenberg: makers of agricultural inputs, machinery, and agri-tech equipment in China. Every one of them has already been visited by our team.
When do I pay?
After we confirm the scope and date with the factory, we send you an invoice. Please pay at least 48 hours before the factory visit.
After the visit
Where will I receive the report?
We upload the PDF to your dashboard and send it by email. If you ask, we also send it to your business WhatsApp.
Can I request another visit later?
Yes. Each Factory Visit is a separate service with its own date. A later visit never replaces an earlier one.
