AgroAgent is your China sourcing agent for one order with a manufacturer on Zelenberg. After you sign the purchase contract, our team runs the order to the shipping documents.

Our team in China runs your order.

Buying from a manufacturer for the first time takes time you may not have. AgroAgent is our sourcing agent in China for that order. We speak to the factory in Chinese and write to you in your working language.

You pay the manufacturer directly, at the price in your contract. We never buy the goods, never take a margin on them, and never hold your money. Your service agreement with Zelenberg is separate from your purchase contract.

Your service agreement lists 11 defined points, from contract review to the shipping documents. Each one ends with a report, an update, or a file in your dashboard. Laboratory fees, freight, and other costs are shown separately.

Follow your order in your dashboard

Once the order details are confirmed with you and the factory, you can follow every step in your dashboard. See the current status and completed work, and find reports and supporting files as each step is finished.

What AgroAgent handles

AgroAgent is Zelenberg’s Managed Sourcing model, sold as a product: one order, one fee, 11 defined points. Each point ends with a report, an update, or a file in your dashboard.

Stage 1

Before production

Everything settled before production starts.

  1. Contract review

We check the product specifications, quantities, and terms in your signed contract, so every later step follows what you agreed with the factory.

  2. Factory payment

You pay the manufacturer directly. Our team follows up with the factory to confirm receipt.

  3. Custom designs and packaging

For custom orders, we coordinate artwork, labels, and packaging with the factory using the requirements approved before work begins.

Stage 2

During production

You see the line, not a description of it.

  1. Production follow-up

We track production dates with the factory and share progress with you. If the factory proposes a change, it goes ahead only with your approval.

  2. Production report

We go to the factory to record completed work, ongoing production, and tasks still pending. The report also shows conditions in the production area.

Stage 3

Sampling and testing

Samples from the factory, results from the laboratory.

  1. Sample collection

Our team collects samples at the factory using the sampling method agreed with you.

  2. Laboratory testing

Choose a laboratory from the list we provide. We send the samples, follow up on testing, and upload the laboratory’s results to your dashboard.

Stage 4

Shipping & documents

It ends with the documents in your hand.

  1. Pre-shipment report

See the condition of your goods, packaging, and storage before loading. Our team reports what we observe at the factory, including any specific points agreed with you.

  2. Container booking

For FOB purchases, AgroAgent books the container. We send you a separate freight invoice, and loading starts once it is paid.

  3. Container loading report

Our team records loading from the empty container to the sealed doors. The report includes the condition inside the container, quantities loaded, and container and seal numbers.

  4. Shipping documents

We collect the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and any other documents agreed for your order.
