Join the team behind Zelenberg.

Zelenberg is building a specialized B2B marketplace for agricultural inputs and equipment from China. Our goal is to create a more focused, organized and professional environment for international buyers and Chinese manufacturers to move business forward.

Our work brings together marketplace technology, product and technical knowledge, factory visits, trade operations and practical services for different stages of a purchase.

We are growing our team across these areas, in our Hangzhou office and in the markets we serve. If you would like to bring your experience to Zelenberg, contribute to what we are building and grow with the company, explore our open roles.

Zelenberg in Facts

Experience, disciplines and markets brought together.

Zelenberg is built on practical experience in agricultural trade dating back to 2006. Today, our team works across six departments and six languages, combining field knowledge, technical expertise, operations, technology and international market experience.

Different skills. Shared responsibility.

Our departments have different roles, but their work is connected. We expect people to understand their own responsibilities, communicate clearly with colleagues and recognize how their decisions affect the work of the wider team.

Our Values

Six values that shape how we work.

These values describe how we make decisions, work with colleagues and take responsibility. They apply across every department and every role.

  1. Facts before assumptions

We separate what we know from what we think. We check the information available, ask questions when something is unclear and communicate facts accurately.

  2. Take ownership

When a responsibility belongs to us, we follow it through. We raise problems early, keep the right people informed and do not leave unfinished work for someone else to discover.

  3. Communicate clearly

Our team works across languages, cultures and time zones. Clear, respectful and timely communication keeps everyone moving in the same direction.

  4. Learn through the work

We value practical learning. Ask questions, learn from experienced colleagues and use each task as an opportunity to improve your knowledge and judgment.

  5. Respect the people involved

We work with colleagues, buyers and manufacturers from different backgrounds. We listen carefully, behave professionally and treat people fairly.

  6. Improve what you touch

We look for practical ways to make information, processes and everyday work clearer, simpler and more effective.

We work across languages and markets

Our team communicates with people in different countries and works across Chinese, English, Spanish, Arabic, French and Turkish. Each job description clearly states the language and market knowledge required for that position.

You learn from people who know the work

New team members receive guidance from experienced colleagues in their department. Learning is connected to real responsibilities, and ownership increases as knowledge and confidence develop.

Safety comes first on every site visit

Field roles work in fertilizer plants, chemical production lines and container yards. Everyone who visits a site receives the protective equipment for that site and training before the first visit. Anyone can end a visit they consider unsafe, and nobody has to justify that decision afterwards.
