When you need a sample for your own review, our team can collect it at the factory and arrange delivery. You'll receive a record of the collection, with photos and shipping details, alongside the sample itself. When we ship your samples from China, the record and tracking number go to your dashboard and your email.

You can examine the sample yourself, keep it as your reference (golden) sample, or send it to a laboratory. This service records collection and delivery; it does not test or approve the product.

About the sample
Where will the sample come from?
Our team collects it from current production at the factory listed on Zelenberg. It is not a pre-production (PP) sample prepared in advance by the factory. The collection details appear in your record.
Do you check whether the sample meets my specifications?
We record the product and sample quantity requested and what we collect. This service does not include laboratory testing or product approval.
Can I give special collection or packing instructions?
Yes. Add them to your request. We'll confirm with the factory what can be arranged before sending the invoice.
Booking and payment
What does it cost?
The Zelenberg service fee is USD 299. Sample charges, courier fees, or other costs required for your request are quoted separately and added to your invoice before payment.
How long does it take?
We respond within 24 hours. After payment, we arrange collection and dispatch within 72 hours, unless a later date is agreed with you and the factory. Courier transit time depends on the destination.
Can you collect a sample from a factory that is not on Zelenberg?
No. This service is available only for factories listed on Zelenberg.
When do I pay?
After we confirm the sample and delivery arrangements, we send you an invoice showing the full cost. Payment is required before collection.

Where will I find the collection record?
We upload it to your dashboard and send it by email, together with the shipping details once available.
Can I request more samples later?
Yes. You can submit another request if you need a different product, quantity, or collection date. Each collection is a separate service.
What if I need a laboratory result?
Choose Laboratory Testing. With that service, we follow up with the laboratory and share its result in your dashboard. Sampling & Delivery covers collection and dispatch.
