Why a container loading report

Know how your shipment leaves the factory

Our team records the condition inside the container before loading, including any visible damage. This gives you a record of its condition if a damage claim arises at the destination. You also see how your goods are handled, arranged, and secured inside the container. Photographs, video, and the numbers that have to match your shipping documents.

What the loading report contains

From the empty container to the sealed doors.

Contents of the report

  1. Before loading

    1. The condition inside the empty container, including any visible damage
    2. The condition of the goods and their packaging
    3. The date and the place of loading

And more. This is a preview of what the report covers.

The report describes what we saw at the doors on the date of loading. It is not a quality check, a test result, or a customs document.
